📦 Order treatment and shipping timeline: Orders will be processed within 2-3 commercial days after payment confirmation. At the time of confirmation of orders, orders will be sent within 7 commercial days or according to the agreed timeline. Delivery time may vary depending on the order size, distribution site and accessibility of courier services.

🚚 Shipping methods and distribution partners: We send all orders via registered domestic housing services and/or speed items to ensure safe and efficient delivery. The estimated delivery time depends on curing service policy and the recipient’s location. After sending the order, tracking information will be provided via e -post.

📍 Distribution policy:  Orders will be placed at the delivery address provided at the time of procurement. Customers should immediately inform us in case of delivery problems or change of address. An e -mail on delivery confirmation will be shipped after sending the order.
